Terms and Conditions of Usage of Thirteenoclock.co.uk
By using this wesite you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you can't agree to them, please use your imagination and go and find something else to do instead. Failure to meet the terms could lead to prosecution, so don't say you weren't warned!
1.Ownership and Reproduction of site contents. The contents of this web site may not be copied, or used in any way shape of form, whether complete or incomplete, for any purpose other than individual viewing of this web site. If you would like to use material from this site, you will need full written consent from the author/artist. Modification or use of said materials for any purpose will be violating the copyrights of the artist. Basically look and enjoy but don't take my stuff!
2. Linked Sites. Thirteenoclock.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any material which is found outside of the domain owned and maintained by Thirteenoclock.co.uk. Any linked sites that fall into this category are nothing to do with this site and users may use links at their own risk - if you don't like what you see on another site linked from this site then make sure you complain to them, not to us!
3. Be careful what you send us. At Thirteenoclock.co.uk we love to hear and see your ideas. However, anything sent to us may be used, in part or in whole, so you have been warned. Additionally, anything sent to us in the way of original concepts, stories and artwork shall be from then on assumed to be the property of Thirteenoclock.co.uk. This is not to be arsey, just so no one sends us ideas which we like and then we use them and they try and sue us for using their ideas. Sum up: You send us stuff, we reserve the right to use it in any way we feel like, without restrictions. Is this clear?
4. Disclaimer of Warranties. There is no guarentee on anything in this site. It is provided as is. If you don't like it well that's too bad. And another thing - you've been told never to trust everything you see on the internet? Well the same goes for this site. We cannot guarentee the accuracy of ANYTHING on here. We will try and make it as accurate as posible but just don't blame us if you base your life on the theories and ideas shown on this site and then fail because of us. We can't guarentee that this site will work free from errors 100% of the time, although we will do our best. We can't guarentee that there are no viruses (or any other nasties) either although once again, we'll do our best to make it a nice safe family environment.
5. Hacking. If this site is hacked (God forbid) then obviously we can't be held responsible for what is displayed by the culprits. This is a ridiculous term but hey it has to be said "Just In Case".
6. Fair USe. Common images and titles which you come across in this website are subject to the "fair use" provisions found in the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 s.30. (UK) Under this section, as long as I'm not passing stuff off as my own and acknowledging where it came from, I'm being a good boy. Acknowledgements persuant to this section are made on the relevant images.
An even-more-layman's-terms Summary: -Don't steal my stuff. If you want to use it please email me first, even if you are just linking to a picture from my site, not copying it. Probably all I will require is a link back to my page. -Expect nothing and you will be fine. Think of this site as a personal decoration added to the rich Christmas Tree that is the Internet. It's mine and so what I do with it, no one can complain about. Don't count on anything remaining the same.
