Three Men and a Sweat Stain: Download 2005
6-/-0/2005 at 22: 1:0:

Hi folks, I have finally recovered from Download Festival and the Metal Hammer awards! Should be back to updating on time now.

The latest installment from the webcomic is taken from actual events at Download. Jeff and Shane were about to enjoy the last UK performance by the legendary band Megadeth in my wisdom I chose this time to go into the mosh pitt (stupid - i think so) let's just say I went into the pitt wearign trousers and ended up leaving with shorts! Was wearing baggy trousers which got stamped on and torn so basically for half of the amazing set instead of enjoying the music and crush of the pitt I was holding on the remains of my trousers and trying not to lose them alltogether...Finally the set finished and I staggered out to Jeff and Shane who burst out laughing (don't worry there is photographic proof) With jeff and Shane sniggering behind me I walked past 30 - 50, 000 people with the remains of my trousers as quickly as I could, to get to the tent to get changed.

Thanks Shane and Jeff for a great time will definately be up for it again :-)

Walk down the right back alley in Sin City, and you can find anything ...

On friday I went to see SIn City, it is a fantastic film, the graphics are amazing, casting is great and each shot of the movie feels like a page from a comic book. Definately the best comic adaptation I have seen, the creators and digital aniamtors have definately kept close to Frank Miller's dark gritty style showed in his artwork.

Sorry there isn't a new comic on sunday have been getting ready for the Download Festival . I missed this festival last year and it sounded like the best gig ever, so when tickets for this went on sale I snapped them up straight away. Only 2 days 14 hrs 26mins 58sec until it all kicks off...the bands I really, really want to see are Killswitch Engage, Slipknot, Slayer, System of a Down, Motorhead and of course Black Sabbath, so can't wait will be headbanging away all weekend. Just hope it doesn't get too hot as there is nothing worse than seeing alot of metal/goth/rock fans wearing black in the hot sun, not very nice...

Am going to upload a new comic tonight so check back soon. Have you checked out the NEW featured comics which sepereates all the comics out into their relevant stories. If you haven't checked it out go now...

Sorry about the late update have been recovering after one of the greatest finals in UEFA Champions League history, Liverpool against all odds came back from being dead and buried at half time as they trailed 3-0 to take the game to 3-3 and beat AC Milan on penalties :-)

Been recovering from a serious hangover, so much so I don't remember leaving the pub, have vague memories of singing and lot of men hugging me...your weekly comic will be avaliable sometime today so check back later if its not already up.

Finally I have uploaded more of the pictures from the Bristol Comic Expo so if you want to see what you missed out on click on this link I have also included sketches that some other comic/webcomic artists did for me.

Enjoy thr pics and will be updating again soon.
